Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (STPH)

Swiss TPH is Switzerland’s leading public and global health institution. Associated with the University of Basel, Swiss TPH combines research, teaching and service provision at the local, national and international level. Electromagnetic field research at Swiss TPH is truly interdisciplinary including exposure assessment studies, epidemiological research, health impact assessments and evidence synthesis including systematic reviews.  For the last 20 years, Swiss TPH was mandated by the Swiss Government to synthesize the evidence for RF-EMF health effects.
